Terms & Conditions of Quotation 

 

1. Scope of Works – Inclusions 

  • Frames and trusses are designed for N2 wind region conditions by default. Any  requirement for higher wind classification (e.g., N3, C1) will incur additional design and  supply charges. 

  • Design and structural certification by a qualified engineer 

  • Prefabricated wall panels for external, internal, and parapet walls (if applicable) • Roof trusses or roof panels as per installation drawings 

  • K-braces and webbed lintels over openings (per engineering design) 

  • Spare studs (C89x41) for strong-back supports between roof trusses 

  • Installation layout drawings and typical connection details 

 

2. Exclusions 

  • Architectural drawings and other design documents for applications of planning  approval/ consent or building permit (construction certificate) 

  • Subfloor system components (stumps, bearers, joists, structural floor panels) unless otherwise  it is shown in the breakdown of the quote 

  • Temporary or structural bracing (e.g., speed brace, strap brace, ply brace) • Fasteners, bolts, screws, adhesives, and other consumables 

  • Flashings, gutters, downpipes, and rainwater system components 

  • Installation and on-site erection of LGS frames 

  • PowerTruss system, structural steel elements, or stair framing 

  • Fixings or trim for windows, doors, cladding, or balustrades 

  • Engineering wind classification or soil/geotechnical reports 

  • Dual certification or third-party inspections 

  • Site welding, cranage, or rigging services unless quoted separately 

 

3. Design and Approval Process 

  • Upon acceptance, MMO will provide detailed drawings of frame work of the chosen standard  design and other variation of architectural design to suit the local building design requirements  provided by Client or Client’s consultant. 

  • The client shall approve or request changes within 5 business days.

  • Changes after client approval or deemed approval that require rework will incur additional  charges, including $60/hour for design time. 

 

4. Delivery & Site Access 

  • Pricing is Ex-Factory (Dandenong South VIC, or designated fabricator location) unless stated  otherwise. 

    • Delivery, crane, or forklift hire can be arranged at additional cost upon request. • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure: 

    • Safe and clear truck access (no overhead obstructions or soft ground) 

  • Suitable unloading zones (within 6m x 6m flat area as minimum or as advised for a particular design) 

  • The client shall be responsible for any additional costs arising from site-specific unloading  conditions, as determined in agreement with the transport provider. These costs may include,  but are not limited to, extended unloading time, traffic management requirements, or the use of  specialized cranage or lifting equipment. 

  • Delivery cost will be paid 7 days prior to the delivery date. 

  • All risk passes to the client upon unloading at the site. 

 

5. Payment Terms â€‹

  • Client is to pay full amount of the frame cost at the same time of processing purchase on Store. Any extra cost including delivery will be paid by quote in the direct liaison with client. 

 

6. Quote Validity 

  • This quotation remains valid for 30 calendar days from the issue date. 

  • Price may be adjusted due to changes in material cost, design revisions, or project delays  beyond 30 days. 

 

7. Title & Risk 

  • Legal title to all goods remains with Easy Frame until full payment is received. • We reserve the right to repossess unpaid goods. 

  • The client grants Easy Frame the right to register a security interest (PPSA) over the goods until  paid in full. 

 

8. Defects and Claims 

  • All goods must be inspected upon delivery. 

  • Claims for shortages or defects must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of delivery. • Easy Frame liability is limited to rectification, re-supply, or refund (at our discretion). No  liability is accepted for consequential loss. 

 

9. Warranties 

  • Goods are warranted to be fit for structural purpose per engineering certification. • No warranty applies if goods are altered, misused, or installed incorrectly.

  • All products must be installed in accordance with NCC, AS standards, and Easy Frame  guidelines. 

 

10. Governing Law 

  • This quotation and any resulting agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of  Victoria, Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria for  any disputes arising from this agreement.
